Underwater Pipeline Resource Center

Overview

The CDMCS Pipeline Task Force (PTF) is a joint inter-agency, public-private initiative focused on ensuring safe dredging operations in ports and waterways with submerged gas and hazardous liquid pipelines through enhanced communication, collaboration, and exchange of best practices among all stakeholders. Preventing loss of life, injury, environmental pollution, and destruction of assets is our mandate and focus. These meetings are restricted to CDMCS members and invited stakeholders only.

Please visit our Membership Page and join the CDMCS today.

Pipeline Incident Prevention

Pipeline Incident Prevention is a recommended best practices guide for the dredging and pipeline industries. It addresses pipeline safety, damage prevention, and emergency response in the marine environment. All mariners and pipeline personnel involved in dredging and marine construction activities should keep this guide readily available and put it into practice.
