The CDMCS Pipeline Task Force (PTF) is a joint inter-agency, public-private initiative focused on ensuring safe dredging operations in ports and waterways with submerged gas and hazardous liquid pipelines through enhanced communication, collaboration, and exchange of best practices among all stakeholders.

Preventing loss of life, injury, environmental pollution, and destruction of assets is our mandate and focus.

It addresses pipeline safety, damage prevention, and emergency response in the marine environment.
