Membership
Overview
Membership in CDMCS is open to all construction contractors, labor unions, Federal Agencies, safety professionals and trade associations. Members should be interested in fostering best safety, health and environmental practices for marine construction. All members are required to actively participate in one or more of the CDMCS Action Workgroups. The Council meets 3 to 4 times per year and all members are required to attend at least two meetings annually.
Membership Benefits
Membership gives you access to the various stakeholders involved in developing and carrying out best safety, health and environmental practices for marine construction. Regular meetings allow you an opportunity to develop consensus with the various marine construction industry stakeholders. They allow you to discuss current policies and procedures, how to implement them and how they are working. You will be able to hear and discuss first hand federal agency views and thoughts on current and proposed policies and procedures. As a member, you will be able to access member generated toolbox topics, safety checklists, and lessons learned publications.
Becoming a Member
Visit the “Contact Us” page and submit the required information. In addition, each non-governmental member must pay a $250 enrollment fee upon joining CDMCS and a $250 fee annually to support website maintenance.
