The Dredging Contractors of America, formerly the National Association of Dredging Contractors (NADC), is a non-profit trade association that has represented the interests of the U.S. dredging industry and its members for over twenty-six years. The present membership includes nine large dredging companies, fifteen small companies, and five associate members that operate on the Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific coasts, the Great Lakes, the inland rivers, and in Hawaii and Alaska.
The Association of Diving Contractors International, Inc. was founded in 1968 by a small group of diving companies. Their goal was to create a non-profit organization that would cultivate and promote commercial diving, establish uniform safe standards for commercial divers, and encourage industry-wide observance of these standards.

Established in 1890, Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC, is the largest dredging contractor in the U.S. with a versatile fleet of 27 dredges, 43 material transport barges, 2 drillboats, 7 booster pumps, and 185 specialized support vessels. Great Lakes applies its dredging expertise to: Reclaim land; Deepen and maintain waterways shipping channels, and ports; Create and maintain beaches, and construct shore protection systems; Excavate harbors and build docks, terminals and piers; Restore aquatic and wetland habitats; Excavate underwater pipeline, cable and tunnel trenches. The Company is also active in the international market.
The International Union of Operating Engineers is a progressive trade union representing a diverse workforce of operating engineers, mainly in the construction industry. As a member of the IUOE, Local 25 represents its members through the collective bargaining process to ensure fair wages, benefits, healthcare and safe working conditions. As the only International Union of Operating Engineers marine local on the east coast of the United States, we are proud to represent such a highly skilled workforce. Our jurisdiction extends from Maine to Florida, covering the eastern seaboard states.

Massachusetts PileDrivers Local 56 represents five hundred journeymen and apprentices employed as piledrivers, welders, burners, fitters and commercial divers. The scope of work performed by our members for our signatory contractors includes driven pile foundations, support of excavation, construction of slurry walls, cofferdams, bridges, piers, docks, wharfs, all aspects of commercial diving including installation of offshore Liquid Natural Gas (L.N.G.) docking facilities, and operation of submersible robotic vehicles.

Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company is a diversified aggregate and marine construction company founded in 1913 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Our operations have expanded over the Mississippi Valley and Gulf Coast regions since then. Associated Diving and Marine Contractors, L.C. is available to assist in project planning and feasability studies. We have played a major roll in the successful completion of difficult projects around the world. ADMC conducts projects which require hydraulic and mechanical dredging equipment. We also perform air lift, jetting, and trenching work.
Portable Barge Service, Inc. is an experienced full-service heavy marine construction firm.
